Yoga and Pilates classes at Optimised are taught by our experienced, friendly teachers, and are especially designed for beginners with little or no prior experience. If you sit behind a desk all day, you'll find our yoga and Pilates classes offer a perfect way to gain a more free, balanced body, a deeply de-stressed mind, and a better quality of life.
And as all of our classes accommodate a maximum of only 7 people, you're sure to have a friendly experience with lots of personal attention from our amazing teachers.

If you’re anything like us, and especially if you're a beginner, one thing that’s always put you off going to a much needed yoga or Pilates class is the lack of personal attention you get in large classes.
That and the ‘close proximity’ of the other attendees (it’s hard to focus on those tight muscles or letting go of the stress of the day when you’re trying to avoid someone’s arm waving in your face) – some classes are more like a full contact combat situation rather than a peaceful, focused environment!

Our state of the art yoga, Pilates, and seminar studio within our existing facility is designed specifically for small group classes of 7 people (as well as private 1:1 and 1:2 sessions), ensuring plenty of space and individual input from our expert instructors.
