The facility has been designed by practitioners who understand the need for a welcoming, friendly, safe, professional, therapeutic environment for their clients and is perfect for clinical and complementary therapists.

Our reception area offers modern and comfortable seating, and there is a secure intercom system into the clinic.
The seven luxurious consulting rooms have a bright, clean and modern finish, with comfortable seating, and all rooms offer dimmable lighting so you can create the ambiance you desire. There are plenty of power sockets for laptops etc, and free super fast wifi for practitioners and clients.
Please note our facility is approved for both D1 and D2 uses.
Our therapy rooms
Room 1
Room 1 is a clean, modern room that also comes equipped with chairs, a table, desk lamp, phlebotomy trolley, centrifuge, as well as sharps and clinical waste disposal.
This room also comes with a lockable, 5 lever mortice lock door, along with extensive storage.
If you need a therapy room that is suitable for a range of purposes, this is ideally suited to your needs.
Room 2
Room 2 is ideal for physical therapies, beauty and aesthetic treatments, as well as a range of other medical and clinical services.
This room comes equipped with an adjustable therapy couch, desk and chairs, hot water sink, as well as a storage unit, and as with all of our rooms, fully dimmable lights.

Room 3
Room 3 has a modern feel and a flexible configuration which is ideal for a range of practitioner consultations, including medical and clinical services, and physical therapies.
This room comes equipped with a modern desk, practitioner chair and client chair, hot water sink, as well as an electric 3 section physical therapy / examination couch.
For physical therapists, room 3 also comes fully
equipped with couch roll, Songbird Naturals waxes, massage lotion, towels, a range of bolsters, and is also equipped with a sharps bin.
Room 4

Room 6

From large to small items, and everything in between, we have secure storage space available with insurance approved locks (additional fees apply).
Accessibility
Please note that our rooms are not wheelchair accessible. Optimised is located on the lower ground floor, which is reachable by one straight flight of stairs (no lift access), supported by a continuous handrail.

Ideally located in the heart of Manchester city centre, with several car parks within a 4-8 minute walk, great links to trains, trams and buses this is an ideal venue for any qualified professional therapist, doctor or instructor who wants to combine their expert services with an ideally suited environment.
We understand that many practitioners work part-time or from multiple locations and we aim to be as flexible as possible. We offer various room hire options from pre-booked blocks on a regular basis, to ad-hoc room hire, perfect for those just starting up.

Eligibility for these initiatives is dependant upon your area of practice, and your hours of room occupancy.

Room hire fees
We offer a range of flexible solutions to suit your needs, including no-contract single hour ad hoc bookings, regular half day, and full day options, as well as long term contracts and exclusive use.
We are also happy to offer ad hoc half and full day bookings for practitioners who require more flexibility or who are in Manchester less frequently.
