We offer a free consultation for people interested in personal training so that you can tour our facility, tell us about what you want to achieve, and so we can advise you on the best way to get there.
It’s a relaxed, informal chat, you don’t need to wear training gear, or bring anything else, except any questions you’d like us to answer!
There’s no obligation and no pressure to sign up. We want you to train at Optimised not because of any ‘hard sell’, but because you feel it’s the right environment for you to achieve results and that we’re the right people to help you.
You’re free to sign up at the consult, or have a think about things and confirm whenever you’re ready.
Feel free to shoot us an email to ask any further questions you have, and we’ll be very happy to answer them.
When you’re ready to sign up, we’ll ask you to confirm your training arrangements and we’ll get you started on the path to the results you want.
We can usually get you started within 24-48 hours of your consultation if you’d like.
All of our sessions are 60 minutes long.
Fees vary depending on the personal trainer you work with and how many times per week you choose to train with us.
We’ll be very happy to provide you with our fee list – just contact us using the form below, or book in for a free 30 minute consultation.
Personal training at Optimised is by appointment only, and our personal trainers are on hand to suit your availability.
As a general guide, our personal trainers are usually available 6:30am-9pm Monday-Friday, and Saturdays, but may be available outside of these times by request.
Catalyst 8 is an 8 week programme, Lifestyle Lean and Perform are both 12 week programmes.
If your requirements are a little different, no problem, we’ll be happy to speak with you to see if we can offer something tailored to your exact needs.
