When it comes to achieving the very best results, we leave nothing to chance and no stone unturned.
Getting the right test at the right time can identify the true, underlying causes of sub-optimal health, pinpointing specific imbalances or sub-optimal markers (e.g. hormones, vitamins, minerals, enzymes, pathogens).
Combined with expert interpretation and bespoke personal action plans, our private testing means that you can feel and perform better, faster, and achieve more sustainable results that lead to outstanding health and wellbeing for life.
The unique way in which we work, combined with our relationships with the finest testing laboratories in the world (both here and in the USA), means we’re in a position to recommend the right test, at the right time, delivering life changing results.
To put it simply, appropriate testing, together with the correct interpretation and our advanced protocols, can help you look, feel and perform better in record time.
Alongside our clinic testing, we also offer a phlebotomy / blood draw and centrifuge (spinning of samples) service, whether you have a test kit from one of our Optimised practitioners, or your own test kit.
Please see our phlebotomy page for further information.
So why is our testing different?
Because we look at causes, rather than symptoms, we need testing that gives us the right information needed to identify root causes of symptoms, and design effective protocols that get results.
We could ask you to visit your GP surgery to have a specific test performed and bring the results to us – and we do. But often, your GP does not have access to the same specialist, functional testing we do, or can’t perform a test due to clinical or cost restrictions.
Even when we receive test results from the NHS or other health provider (often one of the first things we ask for with new clients when health issues are present), our interpretation of those results, and the recommended course of action, can be quite different.
The “normal” range used by the NHS or private health provider is set for the “normal” general population (a large proportion of whom are sick and/or overweight), and with financial considerations in mind, not necessarily for your optimal health. We often interpret your results (even if you got them from the NHS), using different ranges designed to achieve optimal health, not just prevent immediate issues.
Depending on your specific needs, we’re able to test and assess a wide range of critical markers from:
